The Kulta wines are the super premium wines from Man O’ War made only in the very best vintages from the finest preforming vineyards across the estate.
2013 has been widely rated as one of Waiheke Islands best vintages and the Kulta Totto is the pinnacle of the estates Syrah.
Aged for 24 months in a mix of new and used oak, the 2013 Man O' War Kulta Totto Syrah was aged in bottle for 4 years before release. With mocha, cedar and black olive notes accented by dark, pummy fruit, it is a full bodied wine that boasts a creamy, supple mid-palate and a long but still-chewy finish. A beautiful wine to be enjoyed for 10 years from vintage. Only 900 bottles produced.
