This is seductive blend of Marzemino, Teroldego, Fresia, Merlot and Sangiovese from the Dolce Vista vineyard in Havelock North that has been wild-fermented in oak barrels.
The resulting wine is both texturally complex and refreshingly crisp, with elegant floral and stone fruit aromas. There is just a tiny number of cases of each wine produced, you don't want to miss out on these excellent boutique wines.

"Light salmon-pink. A complex, perfumed and savoury rosé with layers of spice, orange peel, ripe peach, rosemary, lavender and gently grippy tart cherry flavours on the finish. Grainy-textured with a hint of cream and a softer, broader acidity which fans out across the long, cinnamon spiced finish; holding its savouriness and freshness well."
