As with any pursuit that pushes boundaries, this wine is a challenge for both the viticultural and winemaking teams at Two Paddocks as they attempt to create an example of a more ‘natural wine’. This is organically grown fruit from the Fusilier Vineyard in Bannockburn - with zero sulphur, pH corrections, or fining!
